Malbec. It's a red-fruited effort, with bright cherries complemented by some herbal notes. In the mouth, the wine is medium to full-bodied, silky textured and elegant, with hints of toasty oak and red berries lingering on the finish. Not overly tannic, it should be approachable within a few years and drink well for at least 10 to 15 years after that.
